I love how this conversation exists purely with her not saying a word. The way her thoughts seem to respond to his words even when she tells herself she isn't listening, the way the Oath blends in. The way she tries to distance herself, identifying him as the patient and nothing more, and just Martha's thoughts and things throughout. Poor Martha. D:
